research and strategic consultancy firm, born from the legacy of the
Consulting, Research and Training Group (CRT) established in 2013.
Officially registered in 2022, ASAL blends deep local expertise
with global best practices to address the most pressing challenges facing both
the public and private sectors.
ASAL is dedicated to nurturing local talent, empowering women,
and building institutional capacity through tailored consultancy,
innovative research, and professional development programs. Our work integrates
strategic advisory services with a strong focus on digital transformation,

Headquartered in Hargeisa, Somaliland, with extended reach across
